This engineering project mainly increases from the original six machine six strand to seven machine seven strand continuous casting machine. The overall project duration is 36 days, and the continuous casting machine mainly produces 150mm × 150mm cross-section, designed with an average pulling speed of 3.2-3.6m/min, mainly consisting of carbon structural steel, hot-rolled wire rods for prestressed concrete, hot-rolled wire rods for prestressed steel strands, and welding rod steel.

The project fully utilizes existing equipment and facilities while meeting production process requirements. By optimizing the design plan and formulating a reasonable construction plan, we have greatly shortened the downtime for the owners and saved investment costs, which has received unanimous praise from the owners!
