Xuangang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. Annual Production of 300000 tons EP EPC Project

The project is a small steel enterprise with a compact and reasonable layout. The main workshop of the steelmaking workshop covers an area of only 4140 square meters, while the main workshop of the rolling workshop covers an area of only 25824 square meters. Realized a long process production line for steelmaking, continuous casting, and continuous rolling.

One set of DON-3800/3800 air separation equipment is proposed for the oxygen production workshop;

The steelmaking workshop plans to build one top blown converter with a nominal capacity of 25t, one online ladle argon blowing station, one R6m two machine two flow arc billet continuous casting machine, and supporting public and auxiliary facilities. The designed capacity is about 300000 tons per year;

A bar and wire production line will be constructed in the steel rolling workshop, using a fully continuous rolling production process. The bar production line is designed with an annual output of about 500000 tons and the wire production line is about 300000 tons.
